Banana Bread Cinnamon Rolls🍌🫠 Ingredients: DOUGH: * 2 1u002F2 cups all-purpose flour * 1u002F4 cup granulated sugar * 2 teaspoons active dry yeast * 1 teaspoon salt * 1 egg * 1u002F4 cup milk * 1u002F2 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium bananas) * 1u002F4 cup butter, melted FILLING: * 1u002F4 cup softened butter * 1u002F4 cup packed brown sugar * 2 teaspoon cinnamon powder CREAMCHEESE FROSTING: * 1u002F8 cup softened butter * 3 oz creamcheese * 1 cup powdered sugar * 1 tsp vanilla Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Mix until combined. Add the eggs, milk, mashed bananas and melted butter. Mixing on low speed until a soft dough forms. Knead the dough on medium speed for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1-1.5 hours. Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle. Spread the cinnamon mixture. Starting from one long side, roll up the dough tightly and pinch the seam to seal. Cut into 6 equal sizes. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let them rise again for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Spread cream cheese frosting on top of the rolls while still warm. Enjoy!🫠
